Maybe you should pursue a line of thinking more like civil liability than criminal culpability. Trump didn't intend to have the crowd literally storm the building, but he urged them there with no preparation, which was wildly irresponsible.

I think the violence still happens without a Trump speech that particular day. It wasn’t one speech that caused this.

I think you are right. Trump's speech was just the "GO" word, for "The Plan". He also empowered others to use the "GO" words, to make sure it would be pushed forward, if he couldn't be there, but he wanted the glory. Investigations will prove he planned and initiated it.
