The question is not whether there are left wing facists (examples abound), but whether the Nazi's are good examples of them. The accusation that the "Socialism" in "National Socialism" means anything like contemporary leftism is the problem.

Economically, the national socialists (fascists) and the international socialists (Marxists) were both far left of both modern US parties (bipolar wings of classical liberalism). Both of them hated liberalism and capitalism. Both were socialists.
