i've noticed a very unpleasant, strident & really obnoxious tone in gorski's tweets for a long time. an ugly quality in anyone, & not in keeping with the kind of humility i think a skeptic ought to show.

I don't get it. I can't tell from the info given that Skeptic Mag is pro or anti-Peterson. So, merely talking about a topic is enough to decide not to subscribe?

They're letting him write an article.. I'm pretty sure that the guy that can't even hold to a coherent definition of reality has an important insight into skepticism

Not to infer from a few tweets but it is at least practical to intuit that
@gorkson is more ideologue than rational skeptic. -
Or that he's not interested in articles on Peterson.

Why don't you do a special Deepak Chopra edition? A special William Lane Craig Edition? Here's the pitch: Have Kalam, will travel. Why are you promoting such a charlatan? Why not call this the "everyone is religious & all true atheists are murderers" edition? JP hates skepticism.

@MarkHoofnagle had an excellent insight into why featuring Peterson is a bad idea for a skeptic magazine.

Wow.. this is where the skeptic movement ended up? I had kind of stopped paying attention since The Amazing Meetings had ended. This is disgusting.
