If y’all wanna know if this happened and worked, ask my dad. It changed his mind completely in a matter of weeks. I was shocked how much it changed his views in such a short amount of time with his permission.

Dad: hey my Facebook isn’t working, can you fix it? Son: sure. *proceeds to unfollow racist sexist fake news & adds a bunch of progressive pages to his dad’s news feed* - 3 weeks later - Son: thoughts on Bernie? Dad: he’s not bad actually, gonna give em a shot & vote for him.

Lol. Several years ago I was my mothers caregiver and we were in a doctors’ office almost every week. EVERY doctor & dentist was tuned to Fox. Happy to say when I visit drs/dentists now it’s usually hgtv even though home remodeling stresses me out almost as much as politics.

My elderly mother asked me to fix her cable remote. While taking care of this task, I also blocked Fox News. As a result, she has gone from agreeing with the old racists in her retirement community to telling me how weird and angry they are.

It's amazing how much hate resides in some of those people, smh. I would feel sorry for them, but many would kiss Trump's feet if they could run out acting like him without repercussions to behavior or words. I still smh over POTUS pre-election 5th Ave. shooting remark.
