My only addition is that while data on vax protection / potentially reduced transmission look good - we should be mindful that measurements have been made shortly after vaccination - at peak response

After 2-3 months, plasmablasts die off. We saw this w waning antibodies noted 6 months after first infections. It’s totally normal, expected. But what it means is we don’t yet have a picture of whether these remarkable efficacies will remain after the plasmablasts disappear
