I see conservatives taking every chance they can to call the left "racists" and although they are likely doing it as a na-na-na-boo-boo just desserts reaction, it sure does play into the idea that we should all be policiing thoughts and speech.

Viewpoint diversity is a good concept bc it's the opposite of what corporate "diversity" activists actually want, although they are unable to admit that it's the opposite of what they want.

The origin of the concept of diversity as a strength comes from the idea that diversity means different skillsets and outlooks being used to solve a problem will result in better solutions. Somehow that got turned into "Yo, our company needs ethnic minorities n' shit."

"Equality of opportunity" is one of the most grating phrases, probably because "equality" is one of the slipperiest words of all time. Why not "Freedom of opportunity"?
