Militarily, it's the 40+ thousand rockets pointed at Seoul. Politically, it's falling for the same shenanigans as in the 90s. Humanitarily, it's doing nothing to stop the "work" camps with deaths rivaling the numbers of the 1940s. Sorry, I couldn't give a single answer.

Unlike, say Cuba, the DPRK has successfully transferred tyranny within it's borders through the generations. Thus, the molding of fanatical minds is ensured to continue because of severe internal isolation. There won't be an internal revolution: ever.
