Even if I were self-employed, years of observing the pleb schedule plus the usual fitness OCD makes me feel like I’m genuinely weaker on weekends. Could never lift on a Sunday

I always leave my weekday lifting schedule flexible enough to account for real life, but in emergencies I have legitimately done morning/evening in a single weekday to avoid moving a lift to Sunday. I think maybe my brain remembers dehydrated muscles on Sundays from college

Current goal (literally starting this week) is to move my lifts back to 6:30 AM because I actually miss/reschedule way less often than with evening lifts, plus it’s always helped me stomach more food throughout the day Should still try once though, repped for positive motivation

Always done 4, currently on upper/lower and hit both twice a week. Wednesday is my rest day but allows me to move one day around if necessary. Sometimes one additional day for HIIT
