Is muscle confusion a real thing with training? Getting completely opposite answers

Yes. Bake an entire chicken and then throw it out for maximum muscle confusion on a srs note, I feel like people using it are often just chasing soreness rather than actually hitting plateaus. If your lifts still improve you’re doing ok for now

Legs are great so leg day once a week (squats etc) Other 3 days are all a mix.

Legs 2X produces god tier results once you can handle the frequency By that I mean no pants will ever fit well off the rack ever again

i can but i'd rather focus on upper, no point in them getting that much bigger by comparison
