Eat the most calorie dense diet your GI can handle, pick up a good creatine/bcaa, use the sauna if you have time

You could cut out phytoestrogens, test vitamin/zinc levels. I saw a 300 point gain in testosterone from adding fats and testing my blood for deficiencies.
