I see what your trying to say, but again, it seems like focusing on 'negroes' and unwanted births is the same argument used today to justify PP's admitted targeting of minority and poor communities. It just comes off as 'who's going to take care of these Black kids?' argument.

i dont understand why any charity wouldnt focus on poor communities and those most affected by what that charity is fighting for. the whole point is the rich can take care of themselves
