For a while yeah but I injured my back and haven't been able to DL or squat in months, barely started being able to lift again period. Been doing poverty exercises like leg press while I recover. Savor every DL brah

I could do 460 for a while, but I stopped doing conventional DLs for a while in favor of RDLs. DLs are more fun but RDLs are a better lift for BBing IMO

Both times it was at the height of a bulk, so somewhere around 210-220 at 6'2. I think there's still an attainable natty limit for me somewhere in the 500s though
