@michaelmalice you obviously don't understand LE in this country...cops don't take up arms for the "state",most are local jurisdiction

@michaelmalice no cops don't answer to a governor or the attorney general of a state...they are local and this design is intentional
@Margarethelenm I don't mean "state" as in "state of New York" I mean "state" as in (local) "government", which they are agents of.
