i told you "hierarchy is inevitable" 2 hours ago yet you keep on going regardless clarifying what is meant anarchism is not a deflection in any sense i can see why you find these interactions to be interminable hopefully i saved others from future headacheshttps://twitter.com/StoicTactical/status/1299062091479949312 …

You gave me this deflection then also later admitted that hierarchy, the antithesis of anarchy, is inevitable. So anarchy must be fleeting even in this diluted framework. A framework that apparently none of your followers are on the same page. Some of them claim it is gov't. pic.twitter.com/moZ1nH0u5t

imagine thinking that anarchy and hierarchy are mutually exclusive

Left-anarchists define it as “no hierarchies”, which is where the confusion comes from. That’s probably why they also oppose private property and free markets. They’re two incompatible ideologies under the same name.

If the countless anarchic human interactions I am supposed to accept are simply every day human ones where there is no authority involved, that is a uselessly broad definition of anarchy.

I don't see why people have issues with spontaneous hierarchies coming into being through free association and promotion of the competent anyways. Sure being involuntarily put into a coercive hierarchy in a state can suck, but the suckiness is from the coercion, not hierarchy

Well yes anarchy is somewhat fleeting, but unbelievably destructive. It's essentially a category 59 hurricane of social conditions.

Or it isn't fleeting, and society reverts to complete tribalistic, violent primitivism. In that case it's a gigantic meteor directly into the gulf of Mexico of social conditions.

Not all hierarchy consists of control by means of force. Compare: team MVP vs politician. One is consistent with anarchy, one is not.
