Mask usage in sacramento CA walmart/dollar stores was 1/3 at best, probably closer to 1/4 as of yesterday as well The weather is nice. I work in hotels and the amount of folks visiting their family at least has skyrocketed the last ~3 weeks since the first phase of "reopening"

I am in Nevada, zero mask usage outside. Inside big box stores maybe 10% people use them. Masks are stupid at this point, the pandemic is over, virus has mutated to a much milder version. There will be no second wave, this is evident by data from Brazil which is in winter now
