      In the same way that red flag laws ignore due process and violate the 2nd Amendment, curfews violate the 1st Amendment right to peaceably assemble.

      That "You're probably going to use your right to violate the law" or "Other people are being violent right now" is used as an excuse to restrict freedom shows how ineffective the Constitution is at protecting your explicitly spelled-out individual rights.

      Freedom does not mean citizens need to accommodate the government when it is unable to fulfill the role it has decided for itself.

          The Civil Rights movement explicitly inverted the constitutional order from “the government cannot” to “the government will make you”. That explains a great deal of its popularity with the government, freshly minted grievance groups, and wanna-be authoritarians.

          The problem is "God given rights" I dont care if your an atheist. Think about what that means. It means these rights are so sacred, no man on this earth can take them from you.
