The other option, people who feel the need to regard multiple-choice as fill-in-the-blank and write "4: [other answer]" are obviously the worst of the lot so would have skewed results.

Even if insufferable, B is still a valid common thought inasmuch that people continue to seriously argue that the First Amendment applies to Twitter (it doesn't).
