Fish oil and high dose D3 do similar things for me. Magnesium on top and you'll notice a big difference.

Been on it almost two weeks now and I will say this: it has not solved my emotional issues (which it really can't) BUT it has brought the issue into tremendous clarity for me, because I DO feel better but not happy if that makes sense.

Ashwaganda (SP) works amazing as well. I've been taking it for a few months and stress levels have gone down. Just got my wife on it and she notices a big difference too. I take a dose in the morning and around lunch time.
