I'm now sleeping more than I'm awake in any 24 hour period. Depression has taken root. I need to see light at the end of the tunnel to stop feeling in limbo.

I took magnesium off and on over the years because I heard it would help with my sleep pattern, but I never heard of psychological benefits until I followed Michael. I've been taking it reg. for a few weeks, and I've definitely noticed an improved mood. Less negative thoughts.
