Can a society ignorant of its own sociopolitical system's operation expect explanations of how another would function? For those who espouse subsidiarity (me) anarchical systems even those with adjectives are more consistent than others for ultimate power rests with individuals.

Without a centralised authority imposing mandatory, one size fits no one solutions onto unwilling subjects then different individuals and groups would do different things and the most adaptive behaviour would quickly become apparent.
