ilu so much, thank you for this! Just listening/watching your shows has helped me countless times while depression. As you guys discussed, "cheering up" doesn't solve anything, but it sure can help a lot momentarily, and night shade has never failed to do so

especially to replace the mean thoughts when Brain is a dick Always reminds me to find amusement in the absurd, instead of pain. &That technique of reframing the brain as the attacker is my favorite; if u ever said that on night shade, I must've got it from u without realizing.
