ilu so much, thank you for this! Just listening/watching your shows has helped me countless times while depression. As you guys discussed, "cheering up" doesn't solve anything, but it sure can help a lot momentarily, and night shade has never failed to do so

especially to replace the mean thoughts when Brain is a dick Always reminds me to find amusement in the absurd, instead of pain. &That technique of reframing the brain as the attacker is my favorite; if u ever said that on night shade, I must've got it from u without realizing.

Just going to mess with you a little and say thanks for having an awesome Twitter. You keep me smiling when I'm getting my Crohn's medicine. "YOUR THE BEST!" and Tom is pretty good too

This was a GREAT episode. Tom's podcast is my favorite one by far -- because of the wide range of topics.

It was so good of you to give failed podcast host Tom Woods strategies for dealing with the darker side of being a failed podcast host.

I loved this so much. Wanted to remind you of two of my other favorites: "Compare and despair" (as in, don't do that unless you want to hate yourself) and "Don't compare your insides to other people's outsides." I don't know what my insides consist of but sounds legit to me.

Loved this episode so much, teared up when Michael talked about telling your friends that you’re glad we are in each other’s lives & their awesome. Regret not saying more of that to some friends of mine that passed away & now I‘m going to say it more often to the ppl I care about

Daily dose of magnesium stopped my migraines. Definitely worth the 3 pennies a day.

Even cheaper... 5mg nightly dose of melatonin. This was recommended to me by the headache clinic at UCLA.
