My children’s fellow students are not criminals. The school hosts events that we attend. My children make friends at the school and then meet up with them in their free time after school. We communicate with their teachers about what they are learning.

Back to school night last night. The principal is having the kids take a knee at the end of recess so they can be returned to the classroom in an orderly fashion. It sounds an awful lot like LA County central lockup.
