I think there is a tendency towards monopolization. If you're really good at providing value, the more access to scarce resources you will have. But so what. Monopolies suffer the same calculation problem as socialist enterprises.

Comparing monopolies on products to monopolies on force doesn't work. Soft drink companies cannot force you to buy their product. A standing army can. This is how many dictatorships form; by gaining a monopoly on force.

Hahaha except only a few corporations own all the rest so even though there may be millions of brands out there, who owns the brands? Even between Pepsi & Coca Cola (who own most brands of drinks on the market) all get their syrup from Mossanto corn ... don’t be so naïve.
