I highly recommend Anthony Ellis’s course for what he calls ‘hard-gainers.’ It’s difficult because you have to prepare all of your meals, but the benefit is incredible. It’s also quite technical, but it’s accurate. Try bison, and arborio rice for starch instead of breads.
