It's the total failure of what sadly passes for a "justice" system. 20 years ago, a prosecutor would have his career ended if they made accusations in a charging document, then didn't file charges. If there's evidence, let's see it. Otherwise, don't even make the accusation 1/2

Something tells me that either this judge hates Dems OR it’s not as base as MadMax implies and something else is going on. Literally no one would release this dude. Unless the evidence points to him not doing it...

She actually explains in her letter. Prosecutors decided not to charge the guy with anything but firearms and drug offenses.
