I consider myself completely pro-choice. I don't understand how ending the life of a viable infant isn't murder. In cases like this, I always assuming I am missing something and would love to be elucidated. Not interested in hearing from pro-life people on this thread.

It only can be murder if there is a morally right to life. Peter Singer argues, that a morally right to life comes from lived experience. He needed that argument for his animal ethics, so that he can claim a moraly right to life for animals.

He also refuses the specialiality of a human life. Also there is the argument, that a baby hasn't contributed to its own life, so there is no experience of loss.
