If you get the main lift and a couple of other done, it's OK to cut a workout short once in a while

Just 4 in the near future but I will be going back to 5 soon enough. That 5th day is the difference between 3X frequency for my upper body vs 2X, so it's too exhausting with what I currently have going on

90 for an upper body workout isn't that taxing to me because there's usually just 2 big compound movements each day and the length just comes from hitting so many muscle groups. Lower body would be much shorter except that I'm trying to fix butt wink in my squat

In general yeah. Once I'm finished with my pressing movement and whatever I have for back, it's stuff like lateral raises, face pulls, etc. but since I'm a completionist and don't like missing anything it just adds up in terms of length
