This ignores that Clinton had the top popular vote total as well as the electoral win. He had less than 50% because Ross Perot won a significant amount of votes. Not writing to Michael Malice, trying to reach the victims of this liar's falsehoods.

I would add that in 1992 the GOP mounted spurious challenges to legitimate votes including my own. The beginning of their attack on our democratic republic.
