i eat the same thing every day (depending on mode) so the only thing i focus on is training

If it works, keep it up then! If progress stalls, trying upping caloric intake ~200cals a day until progress comes back. New cals should come from carbs (assuming you’re already consuming 1g protein per pound of nw)
