    Desecration of Glen Afton continues as new rows of overhead lines, turbine pylons and a new track at high level encroach on land above Blackcraig Farm. Development heading closer to one of the last breeding sites for Golden Plover in Ayrshire.

    A bit too late with those platitudes- the “industry” has blood on its hands and the killing of raptors and other targeted wildlife species will still continue on as before. A complete land reform needs to take place in our uplands - the sooner the better and no more excuses 😡

    2 Hen Harriers, Peregrine, 10 Whooper Swans, Stonechat at Dalgig today. Nearby the Snow Goose with 310 Canada Geese at Auchincross. At Skares another ringtail Hen Harrier.

    A few of us have been trying to warn about this for a while, and have been scoffed at by foresters and conservationists. It's a real issue, and denying or dismissing it helps no one.

    We have re-wetted 600 hectares of degraded peatland since 2013... This has the potential to save emissions equivalent to 4,200 family cars per year!!! Love this video, thanks for sharing! 😃
