Learning regularly from people of all ages seems to be both: (a) incredibly enjoyable and life-enriching; and (b) a kind of creative superpower. For instance, I know 80 year olds with mentors in their 20s, 30s, and 40s; it's amazing what it does for them.

My friend and I were chatting about this tweet conversation and she mentioned her desire to someday have a "personal board of directors" (excuse the corporate-y language!) which sounds cool. But perhaps it's simply a posturing towards openness and mutual feedback/learning
