Finding / creating / fostering / building the relationships that can take on the form of mentorship is a huge challenge for most people though (myself included)
Learning regularly from people of all ages seems to be both: (a) incredibly enjoyable and life-enriching; and (b) a kind of creative superpower. For instance, I know 80 year olds with mentors in their 20s, 30s, and 40s; it's amazing what it does for them.

A lot of people - not saying this is true of you! - have the idea that mentorship is like having a private tutor who devotes lots of time to you. AFAICT, it's really just hanging out with people you like & admire, & learning a lot from them incidentally, & occasionally explicitly
