I've been struggling a lot with this question. It's really not at all obvious. As I read more, I think I'm getting more confused, not less. (This is usually a good sign, of course.)
I feel like your original question ("what is beyond language?") suggests two kinds of beyond-languages: either some kind of hyperlanguage (still linear, maybe hyperabstract), or a sideways shift in modality (to a different sense, dimension, or form)
