Still, we should be able to use this to determine the largest possible city.
To double walking speed, you need a roughly factor of 2000 increase in size of your city. So I suspect the size of the Universe is going to be more of a constraint than the speed of light...

Yeah I get about 5.86 x 10^90 people. What’s Mumbai at now? Gotta be starting to feel some relativist effects at least.

Closer to the size of the Universe than I expected - if we reassembled every atom in the Universe into humans, comes out in the range of 10^50-10^60, I believe.
