Kyrgyzstan has significantly rewritten it's constitution after revolution in 2010 to give more power to the parliament. Constitution rewrite was led by Roza Otunbayeva (first female president in the history of the region) and Omurbek Tekebaev. Both are still active.

Google Ideas (now called
@Jigsaw) started this project https://www.constituteproject.org/ a while to help new governments write constitutions based on examples from other countries. I think it has some potential to help especially during hectic times immediately after revolutions.
