Lots of examples. Canada got a constitution in 1982. South Africa 1997. Afghanistan 2004. Bahrain 2002. Brazil 1988. Whole lotta writing going on. Not at all clear that game theory is playing a role. Stability of constitutions is another matter.
Names of principal authors? I'm not having any trouble finding names of countries with recent constitutions.

Much harder to say today who are the authors—they are hashed out among lots of political interest groups, domestic and international. This is a big change from 18th century with a few guys in a room.
