I've been reading through the articles, but most are frustratingly vague on the question of who the principal authors are. I'd like to identify one or more people who were principal authors of a constitution.

Yeah it's tough because for similar reasons to bitcoin, think many countries DON'T want drafters to be viewed as central personalities But for example, can see some names here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2007_constitution_of_Thailand#Selection_of_drafters … But I think experts hired as aides to drafters for many of these
