Just to clarify: some people are interpreting this as a request for names of countries with recent constitutions. That's not what I'm asking. I'm asking for the names of a living person or persons who were principal authors on such a document.

I've been reading through the articles, but most are frustratingly vague on the question of who the principal authors are. I'd like to identify one or more people who were principal authors of a constitution.
