Not sure how it is perceived on average, but this page won a lot of points in my eyes first time I saw it. Classy move and I imagine non-trivial to do something like this as an organization.
I love that it actually names names. It's not even "we as a firm messed up". Nope. It's individuals who get blamed for missing things like Apple!
