Watching old Mr Roger’s Neighborhood videos. Good lord this was gold. Hard for me to be more thankful I grew up with this. Also, I definitely need reminders on some of this stuff now. Seriously contemplating rewatching it as an adult.
For instance, many organizations (eg many orchestras) typically have very elderly boards of directors. Finding and taking seriously a bundle of 20-30 year olds would seem like low hanging fruit.

In reverse, a lot of fast-growing startups hire almost entirely in the 20-35 age range. I suspect they could likely find 55 year olds who would provide incredibly high leverage for them.

Some of my favorite conversations (both personally and professionally) have come from asking questions of people 10/20/30/40 years older than me. Especially if you can get the confidence to be vulnerable. Not needing to impress the other person is crucial.
