How do people organize their reading? Perennially frustrated by this. I want one system that lets me trivially add books, papers, webpages, etc, re-organize very easily, search & filter. What works for you?

I used to keep a queue, but didn’t find it useful b/c what I thought was best to read changes often. Now I choose a new thing to read after finishing the last one. Sometimes start a new item before finishing (ok in moderation). Another list for papers highly relevant to projects.
Thanks for the comments! I'm pretty sure this is about as good as it gets. It'd be nice to have tools well optimized for this process.
