How do people organize their reading? Perennially frustrated by this. I want one system that lets me trivially add books, papers, webpages, etc, re-organize very easily, search & filter. What works for you?

I think the short answer for me is that I've transitioned from building+maintaining a ultra-legible system (which is q costly) to having something more loosely-held and directed by intuition/curiosity + tracked in simple notes that get funneled into an informal review process

(Will get you the links later!) I have a system with a few collection points - 2 main ones are my chrome bookmarks on mobile & web, and "saved messages" chat with myself on Telegram. I review these every weekend. It's not magically elegant, but it's worked best so far
