While I'm enjoying the discussion of adversarial examples on Twitter, I wish this could have taken place earlier on OpenReview. We need a better mechanism for post-publication peer review and correction in the modern age. Maybe GitHub? (https://github.com/anishathalye/obfuscated-gradients/issues/2 …)

Well, I personally had a relatively high bandwidth interaction on OpenReview. (It didn't work out for me, but that's another issue.) I think Twitter is a good way to raise awareness, but probably not the best place to settle issues thoughtfully.
Rate limiting seems to be a good way to make any potentially difficult conversation less adversarial. And Twitter is very poorly rate limited.
