The use of spaced repetition memory systems has changed my life over the past couple of years. Here's a few things I've found helpful:

So here's one at a somewhat higher level of abstractIon. Note that it builds on (as background) some cards at a lower level of abstraction, so don't worry if it doesn't mean much to you - the point is to keep the cards simple, but to build to higher levels.pic.twitter.com/xSNNRd4Ajd

Here's another one at an intermediate level of abstraction - this is one of the two key points in the proof of an important theorem of linear algebra.pic.twitter.com/rUdTQe5JPa

Note, though, that even while the questions use more esoteric language, they're still essentially very simple, provided one is very comfortable with the language.

Hi, I'm working on a project called No Effort Learning System to replace future of education. Your flashcard idea re-enforces my own ideas that what I am working on is not fantasy but could be reality soon. Love to have you as founder in my project. Learning without Efforts?
Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@michael_nielsen - Do you create separate "decks" on Anki or just leave everything under a single deck? If you use separate decks for separate themes, does the logical actually separation help and then how to do you decide when "deck" to study and when? -
Sorry. Nevermind. I found the answer on the blog.
