@onemedical Is your video app down? Or are the time estimates just wrong? Initial estimate is 5 mins to connect... after 10 mins I am told someone is reviewing my chart, & should be with me in 1 min. & then nothing happens. 1 min stretches to 10+ mins (twice now), and I hang up

The app tells me "[Person name] is reviewing your chat. 1 minute estimated wait time." It started saying this at 16:03; it's now 16:26. Same thing happened in a previous attempt.
