Depends on the context, no? With close friends, in intimate conversation, that's often not true, for instance. Also find it v. helpful in writing for myself.

Most! Or would you prefer “many”? (Aside: Wish I’d said “mild form” to take more of the sting out of it. Not trying to castigate!)

I can't say I've kept a tally, but my subjective sense is that it's a minority. Admittedly, that may be because occasions when beliefs are shared sincerely by friends really stand out in my memory.
