What's a concept which you find hard to understand because visualizing higher dimensions is difficult (e.g. quaternions)?
Much of quantum mechanics would be a lot easier if I could better visualize in large numbers of dimensions.

Yes! In fact, the first time I saw it was because it was pointed to in a book you wrote :). Also, agreed on the QM front.

Though we can't directly visualize high dims, can rigorously visualize objects (many-body wave fns) which live there https://arxiv.org/abs/1106.1082
