      My only (unreleased) iOS app is spaced repetition flashcard app. Amazing how many random facts I could memorise.

      I couldn't find convincing published research to decide so in the end I made up my own simple spacing rules and was happy.

      What I would look at is automatically detecting confusing pairs and really concentrating on them.

      But I was literally learning flags (and Egyptian hieroglyphs) so hard to change card.
