Twitter is nothing like the Congress. 1st amendment only protects citizens from gov, right?
(I wish I knew of a good essay unpacking this, by s'one well versed in free speech - not just the 1st amendment! - but I don't).

free speech is not an unlimited right (can't yell fire). Employees don't have FS, but anti-discrimination laws apply
